Fire Cider Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 Whole Lemons, with peel
1 Horse Radish Root
1 Onion
1 Head of Garlic
A large chunk of fresh Ginger
3 Tubules of fresh Turmeric or 2 T dried powder
1 T Peppercorns
1-2 Stalks of Lemongrass
3 sprigs fresh Rosemary or 2 T dried herb
Jalapeno or Cayenne, optional
Apple Cider Vinegar- enough to cover all of the ingredients (minimum 1 quart)
Honey to taste
DIRECTIONS
Chop all ingredients as fine as you can and place into a jar
Pour ACV over the ingredients to cover or to the top of the jar
**Optional- bury in the ground for 3 months
Unbury or remove from cupboard after 2 weeks to 3 months and strain through a muslin cloth
Add honey to taste! **Optional
