Fire Cider Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Whole Lemons, with peel

  • 1 Horse Radish Root

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Head of Garlic

  • A large chunk of fresh Ginger

  • 3 Tubules of fresh Turmeric or 2 T dried powder

  • 1 T Peppercorns

  • 1-2 Stalks of Lemongrass

  • 3 sprigs fresh Rosemary or 2 T dried herb

  • Jalapeno or Cayenne, optional

  • Apple Cider Vinegar- enough to cover all of the ingredients (minimum 1 quart)

  • Honey to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop all ingredients as fine as you can and place into a jar

  • Pour ACV over the ingredients to cover or to the top of the jar

  • **Optional- bury in the ground for 3 months

  • Unbury or remove from cupboard after 2 weeks to 3 months and strain through a muslin cloth

  • Add honey to taste! **Optional
