Homemade Sourdough Starter
Laura has created an Urban Plantstead, and teaches about how to do the same on Instagram. Join us, as we make our very first sourdough starter live with you. Laura will also teach us how to rehydrate a dried starter.
What you will need: a jar (we’ll be using a quart jar), unbleached flour, and water (ideally filtered, room temperature water). Bonus if you have a scale, but it’s not required.
